We offer Free shipping for all Prepaid

orders. Cash on Delivery orders have an

additional flat fee of INR 100/-, this is just the cash collection fee.

How do I track my Package?

  • You can track your details on our website when you receive the tracking details on the whatsapp number/email provided during checkout once the order is dispatched from our warehouse in delhi
  • Alternatively, you can visit the courier partner’s website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Please note: Your order can only be tracked  once dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi

How long will my Order take to be Delivered?

We require 24-48 working hours on an average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. If you’re in Delhi , NCR should receive your shipment in 1-3 working days. For metros, we deliver in 3-7 working days and if you’re in any other city, shipping will require 3 – 10 days, depending on location and local courier services.

Do you provide Express Delivery?

We do provide express shipping at additional charges that need to be discussed with the customer on an order to order basis, however, due to the pandemic – logistics is currently affected. Our Customer Care Executives cannot speed up or change delivery times. If your order has not arrived, but it is before your estimated delivery date, please do your best to contact Us – this allows us to help those with delayed order issue more swiftly

How Can I check my Estimated Delivery Date?

While most orders reach our customers within 1-3 working days for Delhi NCR & 3-8 working days for the Rest of India, a more accurate prediction of the Estimated Delivery Date is made available after your order pickup has been scheduled. It will also be included on your tracking email and/or message and on the tracking portal

You've exceeded the Expected Delivery Date. What should I do?

We’re sorry that your order hasn’t been delivered yet, please take a screenshot of your tracking page and share it with us on Whatsapp us using the button on the bottom right corner.

I Purchased my Product on Sale, can I apply for a Refund or Return?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned, we provide exchanges in case of defects. If you’ve received a defective product during our sale, just reach out to our team and they’ll ensure a fresh product gets dispatched to you as soon as possible

Can I Add to an Existing Order?

Yes, we can definitely add to orders, but only if you place another order within a few hours of your original order. Our customer service team, will be happy to assist you and make sure that you receive your complete order together. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse no modifications can be made .

How do I Redeem my Gift Card?

Gift Cards can be redeemed online at . To do so, simply head to your cart, click ‘CHECKOUT’ and select ‘View Order Summary’. Here, you will need to enter the CODE found on the bottom of the card.

Please note that we can only accept a maximum of 1 gift card per transaction.


  • You can use your Fervenz Gift Card online at as full or part payment on your purchase.
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card, or even cash.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months after your last transaction. After this, your Gift Card will expire and the remaining amount will be deducted.
  • We’re really sorry – Gift Card transactions can only be made in INR. All other currencies are currently unavailable.
  • Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, or misplaced, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.

How Do I Check my Order Status?

Simple Click on the Track My Order which is in the pages drop down in the main menu and put in your Order ID (This is a 4digit number that follows #, so if your order ID says #1001, then you use 1001) . You can also click here – Track Your Order and put in your order number

The Items in my Cart are Sold Out - What Happened?

Goods are not allocated to you until order confirmation is sent to you – adding items to your shopping basket does not reserve them.

I Placed my Order, but Haven't received a Confirmation?

Once your order has gone through successfully, you should receive an email & WhatsApp or SMS with an order number. If you don’t receive this notification, just double check that you’ve submitted your email address & phone number correctly. If you’ve checked and you’re still unsure, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to look into this for you.

Can you Gift Wrap my Order?

We’d love to! We offer a Gift Wrapping service, at an additional cost of Rs. 99/- Only, just opt-in for Gift Wrapping on Checkout Page while placing your order or add the details as a note to the order.

How do I Redeem a Discount Code?

To redeem a discount code; select the Cart icon, then click ‘Checkout’. The Show Order Summary button in the next screen has a form field where you can put in your Discount Code or Gift Card details. You can only use one promotional code per order.

Help! My Coupon Code isn't working !!

Don’t see the price reduction after clicking on the submit button? The following are the most common reasons your coupon code isn’t working

  • You haven’t entered the code exactly as it was advertised – Try copying and pasting it and don’t leave any extra characters or spaces.
  • The code is expired – All codes’ life eventually comes to an end, make sure you use it before that happens.
  • The code is only valid for a particular product / above a certain price – Double check that you’re purchasing the right product for the code you want to use.
  • You didn’t obtain your coupon from a valid source – These are: our website banner, social media post, or email promotions.

What does Payment Review Mean?

If your order has gone into payment review, it means the order may have failed. If money has been taken from your account and you have not received an order confirmation email, please contact us on WhatsApp us using the button below as soon as you can with a screenshot of your transaction id.

What do you mean by 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

We understand the possibilities of misfits, colour differences, damages, or defects. We want all our customers to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. So, if you feel that the purchase you made does not satisfy you, we can always arrange a return, followed by a refund for the same.

How Do I Return a Product?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a limited 2 days “no questions asked” money-back guarantee. Simply drop us a message on WhatsApp using the button below WITHIN 2 days of your order delivery date and our helpful support team will be sure to resolve your issues or give you a full refund! (Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer)

What if I want to Return my Product but the 48 Hour Time Limit has been Crossed?

We offer our customers a 3-week return policy. You may return your items within 21 days from purchase date and receive a refund for your purchase. Please note, after the 2 Day Full Refund period, there will be a Rs. 450 restocking fee charged for any returns.

Do you provide Return Pickup for the Order?

Once you request a Return, our team checks for pickup serviceability for your pincode. If the service is available, our team will call you and take you through the refund, exchange process and confirm shipping costs for the pickup generated and support you through the process.

In case your pincode is unserviceable for pickup, the following steps will need to be taken – the customer will deliver the product to our warehouse whose address will be shared with them . Once received in the warehouse, the product is inspected and the team then reaches out to you to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Have you ever made a decision and wished you could’ve taken it back? We totally get that! Fervenz has a pretty flexible cancellation policy where you can cancel an order and don’t have to worry about any extra charges whatsoever.

Even though it breaks our heart to say so but Yes,cancellation is possible. As long as the Order is in the Confirmed State and has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the Order. We will initiate the full refund immediately. See, all this in the blink on an eye.

How long will it take to Receive my Refund after Cancellation?

You will experience no delays from our end. As soon as your order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund. Depending on your bank, expect the refund to reflect in 5 to 7 business days. You don’t have to trust our words, you will see our actions.

Does Férvenz assure Complete Refund against my Cancelled order?
