Our team will then check for pickup serviceability for your pincode , if there is no pickup serviceability the customer will have to get the product delivered to us . Shipping costs are non-refundable ( Both in prepaid & cod ), and the customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging and product inserts intact and undamaged. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged / not eligible for a full refund, the customer may be offered a partial refund.
We Recommend making a Quick Unboxing Video of your Product when the order Reaches You to ensure that that the Right Product Reaches you & that Wouldn’t create complexity in Return or Refund Cases. If the Customer will not have a Parcel Opening Video, Fervenz.com will not be Responsible for any Damage, Wrong Product or Misplaced Item. If a Customer doesn’t have Any Unboxing Videos, In that Case, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the product in our warehouse. If you’ve placed a Cash on Delivery order, our team will call you for your bank account details before processing the refund .
Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds or refund for masks . We offer exchanges incase there is a defect in the product .
2 -week return policy
We offer our customers a 2 -week return policy. You may return your items within 21days from purchase date and receive a refund for your purchase. Please note, after the 2 Day Full Refund period, there will be a Rs. 450 restocking fee charged for any returns.
Once the order is confirmed for return , our team will then check for pickup serviceability for your pincode. If the service is available, our team will call you through the refund, exchange process and confirm shipping costs for the pickup generated and support you through the process. Incase your pincode is unserviceable for pickup, the product will have to be packed and shipped to an address by the customer which will be told to at the time of returning the product .
Shipping costs are non-refundable in both dropping the product & in pickup of the return product scenario . The customer will be liable for shipping the product back to us in its original, unused condition – with all packaging , tags and product inserts intact and undamaged.

If you’ve purchased a FERVENZ product from Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal or any other seller/multiplace – please contact them directly to learn about their returns & refunds policy .
Any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds often take 15-25 business days to be processed by credit card companies and banks.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned, we provide exchanges in case of defects. Shipping To return your product , you should contact our support team for further mailing details. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
We highly recommend that all returns are shipped using a trackable service, and with full insurance. FERVENZ does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
